Aman Agent is a private, custom-distributed application used internally by employees. It is designed for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) scenarios and does not manage or control the user's device.

1. Information We Collect

Aman Agent collects only the minimum necessary information required for functionality. We do not collect any personal user data such as name, email, contacts, photos, messages, or any identifier.

1.1 Location (With Permission)

The App may request access to device location for work-related features such as:

  • Attendance or check-in

  • Location-based tasks

  • Security or compliance verification

Location is collected only when the user grants permission and only while the app is in use (or as configured by the user to always allow).

We do not track or store continuous background location unless the user allows it to always allow.

1.2 Photos / Gallery Access (With Permission)

The App may request access to the photo library only when the user chooses to upload a photo, for example:

  • Submitting work-related images

  • Uploading documents or proof

  • Updating a user profile picture (if applicable)

We do not access, view, or store any photos unless the user manually selects and uploads them.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

Aman Agent does not collect or access:

  • ✘Contacts

  • ✘Call logs

  • ✘Messages

  • ✘Browsing history

  • ✘Device identifiers (UDID/IMEI)

  • ✘Installed apps

  • ✘Personal photos (unless uploaded manually)

  • ✘Any personal identity information

The app does not have device management capabilities and does not control or restrict the user's device.

3. How We Use the Information

Data collected through permissions is used strictly to:

  • Enable required app features

  • Support work-related functions

  • Improve app performance and user experience

We never use data for marketing, analytics, profiling, or advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

Data may only be shared internally within the company if required for operational purposes.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard controls to protect all data transmitted or stored, including:

  • Encrypted network communication

  • Secured servers

  • Restricted access for authorized personnel only

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may:

  • Allow or deny location access

  • Allow or deny photo library access

  • Delete the app at any time, which stops all data collection

Denying permissions may affect certain app features.
